The general settlement rules set out here are subject to modification at any time at our sole discretion.
There are exceptions or variations to these rules for certain sports and tickets. The customer should therefore always consult the sport-specific rules of each sport, found under Special Rules, as the sport-specific rules will take precedence over the general settlement rules.
Where any matter is not covered by these rules Betradar reserves the right to make a decision on an individual basis and on the basis of equity.
Betradar records shall be the final authority in determining the validity and terms of any tickets accepted and the circumstances in which they were made.
Pre-match tickets can be accepted up to the time indicated, which may not correspond to the start time of the event. Betworld247 reserves the right to void any ticket placed after the deadline indicated, including owing to content timing errors or revised start times.
If a ticket, for whatever reasons, is accepted after the start of a betting event meaning the ticket is not placed in good faith then Betradar reserve the right to void. Betworld247 will endeavor to inform Bookmakers of any specific tickets that are voided.
Betworld247 reserves the right to change the prices (Odds) on offer at any time as well as suspend or close betting on events before the scheduled start time.
Betworld247 reserves the right to refuse to accept any ticket without notification, justification or compensation. Betworld247 shall in no way be held liable for typing, transmission, display, publishing, betting information or odds errors. If any pre-match ticket is accepted in error, Betworld247 reserves the right to void that bet where there were obvious errors concerning the entry of odds and/or results, e.g. a mistaken inversion of teams, odds, results, etc.
Betworld247 reserves the right to suspend odds during an event due to failed transmission or other technical related issues or if fraud is suspected. Betworld247 reserves the right to cancel tickets even subsequently if any such ticket was won by the customer as a result of a technical fault or error, inclusive of but not limited to an error or fault in the transmission. In any such case, tickets will be voided. Nevertheless, Betworld247 reserves the right to hold a customer liable for any damage caused to or suffered by us as a result of such customer knowingly taking advantage of a technical or administrative error when making and/or receiving payments.
Unless otherwise stated in the Special Rules for the specific sport:
Outright markets are considered All-In Run Or Not and therefore will be settled as a loss if the selection does not take part in the event. Dead Heat rules apply.
Unless stated otherwise, whenever the organizing association deems it fit to include any necessary rounds, matches, or series of matches (e.g. Play-offs, Play-outs, Postseason) following the end of the so-called Regular Season in order to determine the classification, league winners, promotion/relegation, etc., Betworld247 will take into account the results and outcomes deriving from these matches for settlement purposes of tickets referring to the final league classification, promotion, relegation, etc. For example, seasonal bets on the team winning the NHL will refer to the Stanley Cup Winners.
All tickets are settled on the basis of the award ceremony or the competition’s official scoresheet, without taking into consideration the results of any subsequent investigations or disqualifications.
A related contingency is multiple bets where the outcome of one selection can contribute to the the outcome of another selection, e.g. a double containing Roger Federer to win his US Open Semi-Final combined with Roger Federer to win the US Open Outright.
In the event of at least two competitors being declared the winner (a Dead Heat), the number of paying places remaining after clear winners are settled is divided by the number of players sharing those places. The odds for the selection are then multiplied by this number.
e.g. In competition with 5 paying places the top two players are settled while four players share third place. Since there are only three remaining paying places for these four players, the place odds for each player are multiplied by 0.75.
In the event of a two competitor market resulting in a draw, a tie or exactly the number of quoted goals, points or runs and no price is offered for this conclusion the outcome is a Push. In this situation the resolution of single bets is to return stakes and for multiple tickets the selection is considered a non-runner and ticket will be settled on the outstanding selections.

The following are the Special Rules for each sport. Aside from the following Special Rules, the General Rules will apply, nevertheless the Special Rules will take precedence over the General Rules.
In case of a difference between prematch and live settlement rules, this will be listed under the relevant sport.
All match markets are based on the result at the end of a scheduled 90 minutes play unless otherwise stated. This includes any added injury or stoppage time but does not include extra time, time allocated for a penalty shootout or golden goal. Bets on a fighter to win by “KO/TKO” are consider winners if the fighter KO, TKO or corner stoppage only.
Over/Under rounds are based on only completed rounds. The halfway point of a round is at exactly one minute and 30 seconds of a 3 minute round. Thus, 3½ rounds would be one minute and thirty seconds of the 4th round.
For bets on the specific total number of rounds, if a fighter does not answer the bell to start a round where the fight has gone the exact distance listed on the total, the UNDER is the winner as that round never officially started.

Match betting (driver vs driver)
Predict which driver will obtain the best finishing position. In the event of neither driver finishing, the number of full laps completed will determine settlement but if both drivers have completed the same number of full laps, bets will be void. Both drivers must start the race for bets to stand.
First retirement in race
Predict which driver will be the first to retire after the start of the race. The signal to start the formation lap will indicate the start of the race. If two or more drivers retire during the same lap dead heat rules will apply.
Total Classified Drivers
In accordance with Rule 45.2 of the FIA Formula One Sporting Regulations, drivers that have completed 90% or more of the number of laps covered by the winner (rounded down to the nearest whole number of laps) will be considered as classified for that race. Those who have not met the 90% threshold will, therefore, be settled as not classified.

Lap one leader
Predict which driver will lead the race after the first lap. If there is a change to the scheduled course prior to the start of the race, bets placed on this market will stand. If a driver or team is disqualified or retires during the first lap, bets placed on this market will stand. If the selected driver takes no part in the first lap, bets placed on that driver in this market will be void. If the race starts under a safety car, bets placed on this market will be void. Adjustments to settlement will not be made for any changes or adjudications made by governing bodies after the event.

Winning driver in a specified free practice session
Predict the driver who will record the fastest time in the practice session. Bets will be settled on the official timings immediately following the end of the session. Bets placed on drivers not taking part will be void.
Winning margin
Predict whether the qualifying winning margin between the pole position winner and the rest of the field will be over or under a specified time.
Bets are settled according to the official tournament and match results. For ‘Round’ head to head’s, it is required that both participants play at least one ball each in the particular ‘Round’ for bets to stand. For ‘Tournament’ head to heads, it is required that both participants play at least one ball each in the tournament for bets to stand. Should both golfers fail to complete all rounds then the golfer with the higher finishing position is the winner.
If the event is shortened, for instance, due to adverse weather, bets will be settled as long as there is an official tournament result (according to the tournament rules, e.g. a minimum of 54 holes played in a PGA tournament) regardless of the number of rounds played.
Bets accepted after the end of a day’s play are void if there is no further play that counts towards the result of the tournament (other than a playoff).
Top 5 / Top 10 / Top 20 Finish In the tournaments where the above ‘Place’ markets are offered, the ‘Dead Heat Rule’ will be applied.
Making the cut For bets to stand, the named player must play 36 holes.
